Meet Andrew

For over 30 years, Andrew Cieslik has been a dedicated physical therapist, committed to providing personalized, compassionate care for his patients. As co-founder of Beyond Physical Therapy in Knoxville, TN, Andrew’s approach centers around whole-hearted care, offering his patients not just treatments, but genuine attention and devotion. His goal is to help each person achieve their fullest potential, whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or seeking to improve their quality of life.

A Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) with expertise in orthopedics and geriatrics, Andrew also serves as a Clinical Instructor for South College and Lincoln Memorial University, sharing his passion for physical therapy with the next generation of professionals. He has been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named Physical Therapist of the Year for East Tennessee in 2003, and him and his clinic continue to receive 5-star ratings from patients on platforms like Healthgrades and Google.

Andrew’s work is deeply influenced by his faith and belief in God, which guide his care and the way he connects with his patients. He believes in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms—and strives to bring peace and healing through his work. Andrew is also deeply involved in community service, regularly volunteering his time and expertise to help those in need, both in Knoxville and beyond.

Outside of the clinic, Andrew is a proud father and grandfather. He has four grandchildren among his two daughters, and his son is excelling in postgraduate studies in marine biology. When he’s not helping others, he enjoys playing soccer and volleyball, traveling and cherishing time with his family.
